How Age Your Way Works

1. We meet the senior.

Families, neighbours, agencies, or seniors themselves reach out.

They complete a simple intake, we learn their story and do a basic home safety check.

2. We match a volunteer.

We screen and train volunteers, then match based on personality, interests, language, and availability.

3. We support weekly visits.

Volunteers visit regularly for conversation, cards, music, stories, outings or just quiet company.

We stay in touch with both the senior and volunteer to keep everyone safe and supported.
